อิลโตรวาโตเร เป็นอุปรากรภาษาอิตาลีความยาว 4 องก์ ที่เขียนโดยจูเซปเป แวร์ดี จากบทละครภาษาสเปนเรื่อง El Trovador ของอันโตนิโอ การ์เซีย กูเทียเรซ เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับพวกยิปซี เกิดขึ้นในแคว้นบิสเคย์ และแคว้นอารากองในประเทศสเปนในคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 15

อิลโตรวาโตเร (อิตาลี: Il trovatore; อังกฤษ: The Troubadour) เป็นอุปรากรภาษาอิตาลีความยาว 4 องก์ ที่เขียนโดยจูเซปเป แวร์ดี จากบทละครภาษาสเปนเรื่อง El Trovador ของอันโตนิโอ การ์เซีย กูเทียเรซ (1813 - 1884) เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับพวกยิปซี เกิดขึ้นในแคว้นบิสเคย์ และแคว้นอารากองในประเทศสเปนในคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 15

อิลโตรวาโตเรแสดงรอบปฐมทัศน์ครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 19 มกราคม ค.ศ. 1853 ที่ลานกลางแจ้ง Tor di Nona ใจกลางกรุงโรมและประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูง ได้รับการจัดแสดงซ้ำถึงหลายร้อยรอบในหลายประเทศ ภายในระยะเวลา 3 ปี [1] นำไปจัดแสดงที่สหรัฐอเมริกา และประเทศอังกฤษในปี ค.ศ. 1855 [2] ถูกนำไปดัดแปลงเป็นอุปรากรภาษาฝรั่งเศสชื่อ Le trouvère จัดแสดงครั้งแรกเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1857 [3]

Anvil Chorus
