Egor Denisovich Kornev is a Russian swimmer. He is a two-time world champion in the 4 × 100 m medley relay. As of 2024 he is the world record holder in the short-course 4 × 100 m medley relay. He holds the Russian records in the long-course 50 m freestyle, 100 m freestyle, and 50 m butterfly events.
