Overview
In Greek mythology, Panthous, son of Othrys, was an elder of Troy, husband of the "queenly" Phrontis and father of Euphorbus, Polydamas and Hyperenor. Alternatively, his wife was sometimes said to be Pronome, a daughter of Clytius, Priam's brother.
